Invite a contribution

Ask for a written recipe, ingredients and brands, a short story and permission to share it. Families may contribute a story or drawing instead of food. Agree on credit and any photograph before publishing.

Build the centre version

The cook tests a small batch, records yield and method, checks allergens, adjusts textures with the relevant team and reviews portions against the menu plan. Confirm the adapted name and description with the family. Imported recipes remain drafts until reviewed.

A small invitation to participate

Offer Banana and berry smoothies as a separate tasting activity if suitable for the group. Six small cups use two bananas, 150 g strawberries, 250 mL milk and 100 g yoghurt. Adults operate the blender. This recipe contains milk; any alternative requires its own label and dietary review.

Share what was actually served

Use a centre-approved family recipe card with a practical household yield. A photograph should show the food only, unless all necessary permissions cover other content. Keep children’s names, allergies, plans and kitchen incident photos out of family material.
